Meet Andreas Georgiou, the internet vegan cooking sensation behind VegAndreas. His popular healthy plant-based recipes, fitness workouts, and videos to improve mental health have garnered a large and growing global following. This week’s Mindful Mondays Cruelty-Free Cooking program will also feature Serena Burgess, a British Wheel of Yoga teacher, certified International AcroYoga teacher.
